In general, all sales are considered final. All claims about defective item returns must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods and fully documented by photos or videos. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without an RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

To cancel orders placed with us at TESSITURA ATTILIO BOTTINELLI, please contact us by sending a message through the "Tickets about this order" link accessible at the right of your order in the “Order Management” section. Cancellation requests MUST be made within the same day the order was placed and before the order has been processed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge 10% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Management" section after they have been approved.

We will submit you a summary of your order with us, including the best shipping fee to your destination. Once the complete payment will be done, the order is ready to be shipped. Orders will usually be shipped within three (3) - four (4) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods unless otherwise claimed on the product sheet.
