Company

DI ROSA PAOLO is a young and dynamic company in Cucciago, near the famous silk-manufacturing center of Como and only 30 km distant from Milan in the North of Italy.The company supplies various services: development of textile designs, printed fabrics, fashion accessories such as silk scarves and ties, also for sales promotion. The company is organized to offer a complete service from the design to the printing of the fabric with digital ink-jet technology. All manufacturing steps are carried out in Italy, respecting the quality standards required by the market and bearing in mind the aesthetic and economic aspects of the product. As far as the finishing process of the fabric is concerned, we are cooperating with trustworthy and experienced operators.

Products

Our products are manufactured according to your or our own design. Our collection is meant to give the customer an idea or to choose something from our proposals. The client can customize the design, maintaining the basic structure; he may also add his personal trademark. However, if you prefer to give us an idea to be developed or a finished design, the result will be a personal and exclusive product. The minimum order depends on the economic requirements of the product and of the customer. However, working with ink-jet printing systems, we are also able to print a single piece of a standard article. Just to give you an idea of the cost involved: €30 for 40 pieces (minimum order), the price may be lower, depending on the fabric used. Apart from printing and working with silk, we are also able to use wool, cotton, viscose, linen, polyester and mixed fabrics.

Market

We are supplying our services and products to companies, shops, designers, tailors and e-shops. We manufacture the products according to your instructions and we can send you samples.

ARDITEX di Paolo Di Rosa's Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims about defective item returns must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods and fully documented by photos or videos. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without an RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

ARDITEX di Paolo Di Rosa's Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at ARDITEX di Paolo Di Rosa, please contact us by sending a message through the "Tickets about this order" link accessible at the right of your order in the “Order Management” section. Cancellation requests MUST be made within the same day the order was placed and before the order has been processed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge 10% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Management" section after they have been approved.

ARDITEX di Paolo Di Rosa's Shipping Policy

We will submit you a summary of your order with us, including the best shipping fee to your destination. Once the complete payment will be done, the order is ready to be shipped. Orders will usually be shipped within three (3) - four (4) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods unless otherwise claimed on the product sheet.

Merchandise is shipped at buyer's risk and ARDITEX di Paolo Di Rosa is not responsible for losses or damages due to delivery. You can ask for an insured shipping, at cost. If you have already a delivery account with popular carriers such as DHL, FedEx or UPS you can send us your account code: we will ship at no additional cost.
